THE FIRM
The firm TA VALUERS SDN BHD. commenced operation on 27 July 1993 providing full spectrum of asset valuation, property management, project management and property consultancy services when it entered into 20 years franchisee agreement using the trades name of the franchisor RAINE & HORNE INTERNATIONAL ZAKI + PARTNERS SDN BHD. The franchise agreement expired on 27 July 2013. Subsequently the firm ZP Management Melaka Sdn Bhd changed to its present name on 16 August 2013 creating an enhanced dimension to the legacy of providing excellent consultancy services.
The firm is currently in the third decade of operation after undergoing lengths of professional affiliations and work exposures in the various phases of economic and property cycles. With the ever changing complexities of property and business the firm has gained the tract record and reputation to face future challenges for the benefit of our clients. Hence, the professional services provided to our customers will be more efficient, timely and effective.
With continuous support from the public this is our 27th year of operations providing professional services in Asset Valuation, Property Investment Advisory, Real Estate Marketing Agency, Property / Facilities Management, Economic / Feasibility Studies and Project Management / Development Consultancy.
From our humble beginning in July 1993, today this firm has grown rapidly in numerous property related fields. Our customers have made us into our third decade of operations, successfully providing quality professional services to all valued clients.
